NATHAN DIAZ is a Mexican/Guatemalan-American Los Angeles native. Nathan studied Jazz and Classical performance at Fullerton College and Cal State Long Beach and graduated with a B.M. in Jazz Studies from Cal State Long Beach in 2022. Having sung for the likes of Eric Whitacre, Dr. Jonathan Talberg, John Tebay, Dr. Arian Khaefi, and Ann Baltz, he continues to sing professionally in vocal jazz and choral ensembles throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Nathan currently teaches private voice for Downey High School, Renaissance High School, and now Fullerton Union High School.
Indian-American mezzo-soprano MAYURI VASAN is a rising singer from Los Angeles. She is a graduate of the University of Miami with her Master of Music in Opera Performance. She has performed the roles of Maestra della Novizie in Suor Angelica, La Ciesca in Gianni Schicchi, and has covered the role of Gertrude in a production of Roméo et Juliette with Independent Opera Company. She is currently a staff singer with the Long Beach Camerata Singers, sings with Pacific Chorale and Tonality, and has done session work including singing in Disney Epcot Center’s show Harmonious and Marvel’s tv show, Ms. Marvel. Additionally, Mayuri is an accomplished South Indian Classical (Carnatic) music singer. She performs regularly in India during the annual music festival in Chennai during the winter and has given concerts around the country. She has also given many concerts in the US and continues to tour the country singing for various programs.
